Delivery & Costs
- Worldwide shipping available
- Delivery via letterbox parcel with Track & Trace
- Ordered before 5 PM, despatched the same day
- Delivery by PostNL.
- Delivery days Tuesday to Saturday
- The package will fit through the letterbox, so if you're not at home it can just be delivered.
Cancel & Change Address
Once your orders have been placed, we will start preparing your parcel as quickly as possible. Of course, it is occasionally possible that one of the following points occurs. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 085 401 65 97 or by email at [email protected].
- You have made a mistake in choosing the right product.
- Change your address before the package is sent.
- You have not received confirmation of your order
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product undamaged or unused. Returns can be registered by sending an email to [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept a product that has been used.
- The product must have been purchased through our own website or an official Recarfix marketplace shop.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- If the product meets the return conditions, either the full purchase amount can be refunded, or you can opt to place a new order.
