Canceling & Changing Address
After placing your order, we will start preparing your package as quickly as possible. However, it may happen that one of the following issues occurs. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +3185 401 65 97 or email us at contact@recarfix.com.
- You made a mistake when selecting the right product.
- You want to change your address before the package is shipped.
- You did not receive a confirmation of your order.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, whether damaged or unused. Returns can be initiated by filling out the form on this page. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and in a sellable condition. We cannot accept used products.
- The product must have been purchased through our own website or an official Recarfix marketplace shop.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- If the product meets the return conditions, either the full purchase amount will be refunded, or you can choose to place a new order.
